Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or sales.
• Proven track record in high-performance sales.
• Experience using reservation or booking systems.
• Confident, engaging communicator.
• Knowledge of Fiordland, Rakiura, and Queenstown regions, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create sales opportunities, maximizing every interaction.
• Inspire guests to book RealNZ experiences.
• Provide exceptional service in both Mandarin and English.
• Manage passenger manifests and booking information accurately.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Visitor Centres.
• Share knowledge and passion for Fiordland and the wider Southern region.
