  • Engaging a diverse group of stakeholders to build a sound understanding of industry trends, R&D capabilities, and Singapore's domestic needs;
  • Developing R&D strategies to fulfil LCER CO's objectives, focusing on collaborations with international and private sector partners;
  • Implementing these strategies, coordinating with both internal and external partners; and
  • Coordinating and driving subsequent plans for technology translation and commercialisation.
Qualifications
  • Some experience in relevant fields such as R&D, technology commercialisation, or policy making
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate concepts into implementation plans.
  • Pro-active, quality conscious, attentive to details, and outcomes-oriented
  • Able to work independently or within a team to deliver under tight timelines
  • Familiarity with how Singapore organises our R&D within the Urban Solutions and Sustainability domain will also be highly advantageous.
