About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of over 30 staff, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Operations to drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and inspire a culture of excellence and safety at our Mosgiel site. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Championing health and safety processes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective day-to-day running of the facility
  • Providing strong, positive, and motivational leadership to staff
  • Strengthening and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring accurate stock management
  • Overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of all site assets
  • Ensuring compliance with Lineage Logistics standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
About You

We’re looking for a proven leader who:

  • Has a strong commitment to health and safety best practices
  • Thrives in developing high-performing teams and supporting staff growth
  • Brings experience in cold storage or related logistics industries (preferred)
  • Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Is customer-focused and commercially astute
  • Has the right to work in New Zealand
