About the Role:
Provide franchisees with high-level business guidance, coaching, and support to ensure a great guest experience, sales, and profit growth. Influence franchisees to adhere to Subway operating procedures and brand standards. Communicate SMART performance goals clearly. Encourage restaurant growth by identifying potential MUOs and helping them meet SMO MUO growth metrics. Assist franchisees in compliance with franchise agreements, including remodel status and financial terms.
