We’re searching for a visionary Team Manager, Digital Motor Assessment to spearhead the revolution towards seamless, no-touch digital assessments that wow customers and streamline supplier processes. You’ll lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors, coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs, speed, and quality — all while delivering exceptional service that gives our customers real peace of mind.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of digital motor assessors, coaching and inspiring them to hit targets on repair costs, speed, and quality
  • Drive the execution of seamless, no-touch digital motor assessments that improve customer experience and streamline supplier processes
  • Partner with suppliers to achieve outstanding results and foster collaborative relationships
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional service that provides customers with peace of mind
Qualifications
  • Proven track record with 3+ years in operational management leading specialist teams
  • Experience driving business improvements in the insurance or financial services industry
