Job summary

EY in Auckland is seeking a Manager to lead our Corporate Tax team. You will shape tax advisory and compliance services for a broad client base, including NZX-listed and private equity-backed companies, and collaborate with EY's global network.

You will coach and develop team members, drive technical excellence, and help grow the practice while delivering practical tax strategies in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

As EY continues to grow our Auckland team, we are looking for a Manager in our well regarded Corporate Tax team. This role is a key part of our strategy to expand capability, strengthen client relationships and support the next stage of our growth ambition. You’ll play an important role in shaping the future of our Corporate Tax offering in Auckland - working with a broad client base, contributing to market growth, and supporting the development of our people. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact while building your career within a supportive, high‑performing team. This is a full‑time position, working 37.5 hours per week.

• Lead and deliver corporate tax advisory and compliance services for a range of clients
• Work with some of New Zealand’s largest businesses, including NZX listed and private equity owned companies, as well as large global businesses via the EY global network
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to EY’s business development initiatives
• Support, coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
• Contribute to practice growth through technical excellence, market insight and innovation
