Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau invites applications for a Medical Imaging Technologist with an interest in Mammography. Based at Manukau Health Park, Auckland, the role offers diversity across BreastScreen and diagnostic services in a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

You will be registered with the NZ Medical Radiation Technologist Board and ideally have 12 months experience as a MIT, with a willingness to undertake postgraduate mammography qualifications.

Qualifications

• Registration with the NZ Medical Radiation Technologist Board.
• Preferably 12 months experience as a MIT.
• Willing to pursue postgraduate mammography qualification if not held.
• Flexible hours to cover early/late appointments.

Responsibilities

• Work across BreastScreen and diagnostic services.
• Provide mammography imaging and support patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team.
