We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing site on a dedicated afternoon/night shift. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, enabling safe, efficient, and compliant production.
With a strong mechanical aptitude, a background in preventative maintenance and fault finding, youll play a key role in minimising downtime, improving machine performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. While technical expertise is essential, were also looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
In this role, you will report directly to the Maintenance Lead, working closely with the Production and Quality teams to ensure plant reliability and performance are consistently optimised.
