Job summary

WM New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team member to keep our Redvale Landfill site tidy and well-organised. The role covers tasks from lawn care to general site upkeep, with a wide variety of daily duties and on-site teamwork.

You’ll operate Class 1 vehicles on road and site, perform manual labour, and support ongoing site activities in a small, dedicated team. Permanent full-time, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for upskilling through our programs.

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 driving licence is required.
• Proficiency with a range of power tools and manual labour tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and a proactive team player with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in manual labour tasks to maintain the site condition.
• Operate Class 1 vehicles on road and on-site as required.
• Follow instructions and assist with various on-site activities.
