Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in New Zealand to execute installation and preventive maintenance tasks, with focus on less complex assignments. The role involves site preparation for installations, assembly of machines and conveyors, and ensuring equipment returns to production per procedures.

You will use TPMS for preventive maintenance reporting, review technical documentation, and contribute ideas for customer development while upholding safety standards and strong customer

Qualifications

• Limited experience in hands on technical work.
• Willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installations tasks.
• Previous position: Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing customer site for installations events, assembling machines and conveyors.
• Participate in installing relevant rebuilding kits according to procedure and reinstate equipment into production environment.
• Use of TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance and correct work.
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant technical documentation.
• Proactively contribute ideas regarding business development of customers.
• Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team.
• Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP's reputation is sustained.
