Kenderdine Park Hospital & Home is looking for a reliable and personable Maintenance & Grounds Person to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week, around 6 hours per day).

We're seeking someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys creating safe, tidy, and attractive spaces for our residents, families, and staff. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety. One day you may be mowing lawns and freshening up paintwork, the next you may be assembling furniture, fixing a gate, addressing a maintenance issue, or helping solve an unexpected problem. No two weeks are exactly the same.

Flexible weekday hours make this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking meaningful part‑time work. It may particularly suit a semi‑retired tradesperson, handyman, groundskeeper, or maintenance professional who still enjoys keeping busy and takes pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining attractive, safe, and hazard‑free lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces


• Painting, patching, repairing, and carrying out general maintenance tasks

Requirements
