Job summary

Stratco in Napier, NZ, is seeking a hands-on factory operator to work with state-of-the-art machines producing building products. You will operate roll form and sheet metal equipment, assist in other production tasks, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have some factory experience, strong mechanical aptitude, a neat work ethic and reliable attendance. A full driver’s licence is required and forklift licencing is preferred.

• Operating roll form, folding and general sheet metal equipment
• Picking and packing items for customers
• Interpreting product drawings
• Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
• Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
