Job summary

Rocket Lab in Auckland is seeking a Driver/Logistics Support to ensure timely collection and delivery of components powering Electron and other missions. You will be the face of Rocket Lab to suppliers, supporting the Logistics Team with driving, vehicle maintenance, stores receipting/dispatch, and general logistics operations.

The role requires a Full Class Two license, NZTA forklift endorsement, strong communication, and warehousing experience.

Qualifications

Full Class Two license and ability to drive manual shift vehicles.
NZTA forklift endorsement or WorkSafe site certification is required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in warehousing and inventory management.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and quick learner.

Responsibilities

Represent Rocket Lab with professionalism in supplier Interactions.
Collect and deliver stores/supplies across Auckland and Upper North Island as required.
Perform daily vehicle pre-start inspections and maintain vehicle logs.
Operate forklifts for loading/unloading company and supplier vehicles.
Support Logistics Team tasks and provide manpower and guidance as needed.
Carry out additional duties to support the team.
