Our client, a respected non-bank lender, are looking for a detail-driven lending professional to join their team as a Loans Analyst and contribute to the assessment and execution of quality lending opportunities across owner-occupied, investment, and development lending.

THE ROLE

• Assess and process home loan applications for owner-occupied and investment lending
• Contribute to the preparation of loan offers and instructions to solicitors
• Check documentation and assist with settlements and renewals
• Help manage client files, the loan pipeline, and reporting
• Support the BDM team and Adviser network in delivering great customer outcomes
• Ensure compliance across all lending

ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years’ experience in home lending, ideally across both owner-occupied and investment lending
• Exposure to development finance and commercial lending, including reading QS reports, understanding consents, and working with FESOs preferred but not essential
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
• A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
