Fluid Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded specialist law firm in Wellington to recruit a Senior Solicitor or Associate to its litigation team. You will handle a mix of general and civil litigation, commercial disputes and construction matters, with scope to take responsibility for substantial files from the outset.

You'll work autonomously yet benefit from mentoring and a clear progression path as you deepen your technical skills and your client-facing experience, with opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' PQE in litigation.
• Broad civil and commercial litigation background or construction litigation focus.
• Ability to work autonomously with mentorship support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage substantial litigation files with ownership.
• Work across complex matters and advise clients.
• Collaborate with a team while maintaining independence.
