Job description

My client, a long-established and highly regarded commercial law firm, is seeking to appoint a Litigation Partner to complement and grow their existing disputes practice.

The firm is known for its elite advisory and transactional services to listed and privately held companies and multinationals - boasting Top Tier work.

With litigation, corporate, and technology teams working in close alignment, the firm delivers strategic and practical legal solutions across the board.

This opportunity would suit:

  • A salaried partner seeking a more collaborative or forward-thinking partnership dynamic
  • A Senior Associate ready for partnership but facing a bottleneck in their current firm
  • A proven litigator with a following, ready to align with a high-performing, commercially focused firm
Key Highlights:
  • Join a respected commercial firm with a collaborative partnership model
  • Be considered for salaried or equity partnership from the outset
  • Take over existing client relationships and grow your own practice
  • High-quality work in commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and genuine influence within the firm
  • Supportive, down-to-earth culture with strong internal referral streams
Key Requirements:
  • 12+ years’ post-admission litigation experience in commercial disputes, insolvency or related areas
  • A track record of generating work and managing strong client relationships
  • A practical, solution-driven mindset and a strong service ethic
  • A collaborative and communicative leadership style
The firm has a high-quality existing litigation client base and strong referral relationships with the bar and other professionals. The incoming partner will be expected to build on this and bring their own trusted network.
Appointments at salaried or equity partner level will be considered depending on experience, business case and contribution to the wider firm.
