Job description

Location: Dargaville, Northland


The Role:

To ensure the construction and maintenance of electrical lines to customer and Network requirements are met in a timely, appropriate and efficient manner.

  • Building, servicing and maintaining overhead electrical lines up to 33kV
  • Installing and replacing pole structures and conductors
  • Operating equipment and completing field documentation
  • Supporting performance targets with strong teamwork and problem-solving
  • Ensuring safety, compliance and quality in every task

About You:

  • Similar work experience
  • ERWB Registration (required)
  • HT Licence (advantageous)
  • Current NZ Driver Licence (Class 1 minimum)
  • Experience in overhead lines work
  • Great attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Physical capability to handle a hands-on role
