Job summary

Financial Independence in Tauranga is seeking an experienced Life & Health Administrator to support our award-winning advisers. Based in Tauranga CBD, you’ll manage life and health insurance workflows, communicate with clients and providers, and ensure a personal-service approach throughout life events and claims.

You’ll join a collaborative Adviser Support team, be highly organised, and take ownership to keep processes moving smoothly in our busy office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life & Health Insurance preferred.
• Strong customer service ethos with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our Life & Health advisers to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Managing insurance applications and workflows from submission through to completion
• Communicating with clients, medical providers and insurance companies by phone and email
• Proactively following up requirements and keeping clients informed throughout the process
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing Adviser Support team
