Are you an experienced Legal Executive with a passion for conveyancing and working within a supportive, purpose-driven team? We're seeking a skilled legal professional to join a well-established organisation in Christchurch on a 10-month fixed term basis.

About the role:

You will manage legal conveyancing transactions, handle legal documentation, and liaise with clients, their legal representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage conveyancing files efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare, review, and distribute legal documents
  • Provide legal documentation support to the Sales team
  • Respond promptly to contract-related enquiries from various stakeholders

About you:

  • Qualified Legal Executive (Diploma or Certificate) with solid conveyancing experience
  • Experience managing files end-to-end, ideally in property conveyancing or similar environments
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and quick to adapt to new systems
  • Committed to delivering excellent, timely service with integrity and kindness
