In this role, you will provide expert legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, support corporate governance, and contribute to strategic business decisions. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to manage risk, ensure compliance, and enable the business to operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
