Overview

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher

English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced educator to make a real difference by supporting ākonga, kaiako, and whānau, while providing direct teaching and guidance for students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with our SENCO and wider team to create inclusive and supportive environments where learners can thrive.

Requirements
  • Is a registered New Zealand teacher with a current practising certificate
  • Has proven experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
  • Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with others
  • Is culturally responsive and committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Builds strong, respectful relationships with ākonga, kaiako, and whānau.
