The opportunity
  • We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who’s passionate about enabling growth and driving excellence through learning. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that empowers our people, supports innovation, and helps shape the future of professional development at KPMG.
  • This role will have a specific focus on supporting our Audit division – you’ll be providing high quality administrative support and coordination to the wider Audit division, ensuring that the deployment and delivery of the training is run and supported in a timely and accurate manner.
Day to day you will
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for internal learning programmes, including working closely with relevant facilitators and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitoring training compliance and reporting as required, including following up with learners and escalating non-compliance where required
  • Assisting in the creation and updating of training materials to ensure they are current and relevant
  • Provide technical support to the facilitators and participants during the delivery of the training
  • Be a superuser of our internal learning system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Collaborate with the wider Talent team during peak periods
About you
  • 6–12 months of experience in Learning and Development or have strong administrative skills and a genuine enthusiasm for learning
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using systems and tools to streamline processes
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence
  • Uses data to tell compelling stories and guide decision-making
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and builds strong relationships
  • Experience in SAP would be advantageous
