Job summary

Ormiston Junior College is seeking two Learning Designers to join our curriculum middle leadership team in Auckland. They will co-lead learning area curriculum design and delivery for Languages, Social Sciences, or Mathematics, working with 9-12 learning coaches and ~200 learners within a Kāinga. Start Term 1 2027.

LDs help implement school-wide curricula, support professional learning, and contribute to classroom practice leadership within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning area leadership or teaching.
• Strong ability to collaborate on curriculum design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning area curriculum design and pedagogy delivery.
• Support school-wide professional learning and design practices.
