As our Learning and Organisational Development Lead, you'll be the architect of our organisational development strategy. Partnering closely with the Chief Leadership Officer and leaders across the business, you'll design and deliver frameworks and learning experiences that build capability, foster engagement, and drive high performance. You'll champion a values-led, people-at-the-centre culture, integrating Te Ao Māori principles and leveraging the transformative potential of AI and emerging technologies into skill development.
