About the Role
Join a team delivering complex civil and structural construction projects across the region. As a Leading Hand, you'll combine hands-on structural construction work with day-to-day crew leadership, coordinating people, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter or structural Leading Hand with a background in concrete structures, formwork, reinforcing, bridge works, retaining structures, or other heavy civil structural projects. You'll work closely with the Foreman to lead a small crew, drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
