What You’ll Do:

As our part time Leading Hand you will:

Make a difference: Responsible for safely leading the team during the required shift times, working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure business unit product requirements are met through overseeing the production belt of a small 'Kitting" operation.

Solve problems: Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of our business and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • General Warehouse duties in a clean environment.
  • This role’s working conditions are 3pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday (27.5 hours per week), 30-minute unpaid break.
  • After 6pm there will be a 15% loading to the $35 per hour rate

What You'll Bring:

  • Current Counterbalance license
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Experienced in leading a small team
  • Reach and stock picker experience and relevant license would be an advantage.
  • Strong communicator and a proactive, self-motivated person

  • Physical fitness necessary; with manual handling functions
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a clean and professional manner
