Egis Group seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its City & Places team in New Zealand. You will lead place-based projects from concept through delivery, balancing scope, budget and stakeholder needs while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will build client relationships, manage risks and commercial performance, and mentor colleagues in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment across urban development and public realm projects.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience delivering projects in consulting, local government, infrastructure, architecture or related fields.
• Strong ownership, proactive communication and client confidence.
• Experience delivering projects from planning to construction.
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Commercial and contractual awareness including budgets and variations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, planning, PM or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of place-based projects from concept design through to delivery.
• Manage project scope, programme, budgets, contracts, risk and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance processes and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Provide clear direction, anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues.
• Support the growth of client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
