Qualifications

• Strong structural engineering experience on large or complex buildings.
• Proven delivery of high-quality structural design under pressure.
• Sound technical judgement with commercial awareness.
• Confidence in a client-facing role and leading technical delivery.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers.
• Collaborative approach with initiative to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large and complex structural projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical direction on demanding buildings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Auckland market.
• Contribute to repeat business, opportunities and team growth.
• Own project outcomes including quality, programme, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and partners to solve structural problems.
• Mentor and support developing engineers and build team capabilities.
