Oranga Tamariki – Ministry for Children is seeking an experienced Supervisor Social Worker for Christchurch East to lead a team of social workers across the Christchurch East area. The role emphasises whānau wellbeing and timely decisions, working with Iwi and other agencies.

The ideal candidate will have SWRB-registered social work credentials, a drivers licence, and prior people management experience. This full-time position offers a competitive NZ salary and purposeful leadership.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driver's licence and SWRB registration.
• Social work qualification recognised by SWRB.
• Experience supervising social workers or teams.
