Job summary

Higgins is seeking a Sealing Supervisor to lead the Chip Seal Surfacing operations in the Masterton Region. You will plan, coordinate, and control activities and supervise the Sealing Crew to optimize resources and meet timelines.

The role requires proven supervisory experience in civil works, a strong health and safety focus, and knowledge of sealing procedures. NZ Full Class 1 Licence is essential, with Class 2 and WTR beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven prior experience in a supervisory/foreperson role, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Strong health and safety focus.
• Experience in sealing or civil works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and control the activities and operations of Chip Seal Surfacing across the Masterton Region.
• Supervise the Sealing Crew to ensure optimal resource management.
• Drive projects and complete within specified time frames; ensure QA and production targets.
