Job summary

FindIT Recruitment in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own UX across the platform and lead one Product Designer. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer teams to shape design standards and practices.

You will lead user research, prototyping, usability testing, and evolve the design system while partnering closely with cross-functional peers. This is a leadership-forward role in a growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level in-house product design experience.
• B2B SaaS product experience is essential.
• Strong Figma, prototyping and user research skills.
• Experience working in Agile product teams.
• Leadership experience or readiness to lead.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• You must have a valid working visa for NZ.

Responsibilities

• Own UX and product design across the platform.
