About the Role:
This is a leadership role in a high-performing development team, guiding the build of a cutting-edge SaaS platform. You'll set technical direction, mentor developers, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions using modern cloud-based tech in a pragmatic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust SaaS applications using C#, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Mentor and support a team of developers, promoting engineering best practices and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and UX teams to drive feature development and innovation.
• Guide technical decision-making and code quality through reviews, design sessions, and strategic input.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agile delivery, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Extensive commercial experience with C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, and SaaS application development.
• Proven leadership in guiding development teams or technical projects to successful delivery.
• Strong background in cloud services (especially Azure) and modern DevOps tooling.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks including Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of API design, integration patterns, and containerisation (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Agile delivery mindset with strong decision-making, planning, and mentoring capabilities.
• (Nice to have) Experience with mobile app development or .NET IoT solutions.
