Job summary

Habit Health is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist for our Mangere clinic to drive clinical development, mentor the team, and maintain a personal caseload. This fixed-term maternity cover role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services while introducing process improvements across the clinic.

You will lead a diverse caseload, collaborate with service leads, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC.
• 5 years’ experience is desirable.
• Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!

Looking for an energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join our Mangere clinic. You will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support. This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes. You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.

This is a fixed-term role offering maternity leave cover until April 2027, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience within our team.

Main Responsibilities
