Job summary

Habit Health in Auckland is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist for our Mangere clinic to drive clinical development and mentor the team while maintaining a caseload. This fixed-term maternity cover offers a chance to lead improvements and deliver personalised rehabilitation solutions across a diverse client base.

You will work autonomously, collaborate with service leads, and develop best practices that enhance clinic performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• NZ Physio registration and APC required.
• 5 years’ experience desirable.
• Full NZ Driver’s license.

Looking for an energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join our Mangere clinic. You will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support. This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes. You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.

This is a fixed-term role offering maternity leave cover until April 2027, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience within our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high quality service
• Consider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / region
• Deliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and products
• Work on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans

The ideal candidate:

• Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC
• 5 years’ experience is desirable
• Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
• Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
