Job summary

Programmed Property Services is seeking a Painter Foreperson to lead painting teams at our Nelson Branch. The role involves managing materials, equipment, and budgets to deliver high-quality, safe painting on nominated sites.

Ideal candidates have extensive commercial painting experience, a trade painting qualification is desirable, and a strong commitment to OSH & E standards. Opportunities for career progression within an established brand.

Qualifications

• Extensive painting experience in a commercial environment.
• Trade qualification in painting is desirable but not essential.
• Strong commitment to OSH & E procedures and standards.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating a team.
• EWP/Working At Heights qualifications would be favourable.

Responsibilities

• Lead painting teams and support busy Project Managers in Nelson Branch.
• Manage and budget all staff materials and equipment on each project.
• Ensure timely preparation and painting of nominated customer sites to high quality, safely and within budget.
