Finesse Painting and Decorating is seeking a Site Supervisor/Foreman Painter to lead painting projects across the Tasman region. You will oversee teams, ensure quality finishes, and coordinate with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee painting projects from start to finish, travelling between sites in the Tasman region.
• Lead and manage a team of painters.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
