Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in mechanical and mechatronics engineering.
• Experience designing fixtures, automation equipment, and production test stations.
• Ability to deliver complex manufacturing automation from concept to sustaining support.
• Strong technical leadership and standards-setting across design reviews.
• Proven ability to improve reliability and line performance.

Responsibilities

• Own priorities across multiple machine design programs and manage schedule and risk.
• Lead automation delivery from concept through commissioning and ramp into production.
• Set standards for mechanical design, validation, and sustaining ownership.
• Sponsor high-risk station and fixture designs, making key tradeoffs.
• Drive improvements to line performance, downtime reduction, and maintainability.
• Develop team capability through coaching and cross-portfolio direction.
