Job summary

Cultivate Recruitment partners with Kāinga Ora to recruit a Lead - Business Change Services. The role provides enterprise oversight across a significant portfolio of organisational, workforce, operating model, process and technology change, working with senior leaders to ensure changes are well coordinated, understood and adopted.

• Leading Kāinga Ora's enterprise approach to business change, governance and organisational readiness.
• Maintaining visibility across major change initiatives and providing advice on impacts, risks, dependencies and organisational capacity.
• Evolving enterprise change frameworks, standards, tools and methodologies.
• Supporting governance forums with insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.
• Partnering with transformation, people, digital and business leaders to support successful outcomes.
• Coaching and developing Senior Change Advisors while building change capability across the organisation.

As Lead - Business Change Services, you'll provide enterprise oversight across a significant portfolio of organisational, workforce, operating model, process and technology change. Working with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll help ensure change is well coordinated, understood and successfully adopted.

This is a highly influential role with the opportunity to shape enterprise change practice, strengthen organisational capability and lead a team of experienced change professionals during a period of significant transformation.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

• Leading Kāinga Ora's enterprise approach to business change, governance and organisational readiness
• Maintaining visibility across major change initiatives and providing advice on impacts, risks, dependencies and organisational capacity

You will be an accomplished transformational change leader who brings enterprise-wide perspective, sound judgement and the ability to influence, connect and build confidence across a complex organisation.

We're particularly interested in people who:

• Bring significant enterprise change experience across organisational, workforce, service, process or operating model change
• Have successfully influenced senior leaders and worked across multiple stakeholder groups in complex environments
• Understand how change, organisational design, technology change, workforce impacts and business outcomes intersect
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and the ability to apply them pragmatically to achieve outcomes
• Enjoy coaching and developing others and take pride in helping capability grow around them
• Can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
• Are comfortable working in environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is part of the landscape
