Qualifications

• ECE qualified and registered Head Teacher
• Oversee two preschool rooms with inclusive, supportive leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee Kea and Tui rooms with strong ratios
• Mentor seven staff and lead curriculum design
• Allocate 3 hours weekly for team planning plus leadership duties
