The ideal candidate is a strong CNC machinist ready to take on leadership responsibilities and help drive a high‑performing shop while delivering quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC machining experience in a shop setting.
• Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set and prove CNC machining jobs.
• Work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines.
• Supervise CNC machinists and operators.
• Organise daily production priorities and workflow.
• Ensure jobs progress to schedule.
• Assist machinists with setups, tooling.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop.
