Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation of cost estimates for major civil bids from first principles to submission.
• Lead bid teams and set accuracy and rigour benchmarks across the estimating function.
• Coordinate inputs from estimators, engineers, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive pricing reviews and continuous improvement of estimating processes and standards.
• Develop and grow the estimating team to meet expanding bid programs.
