Job summary

Next Door Hospitality Ltd in Queenstown is seeking a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to lead the Fino Wine Bar kitchen. You will manage the shift, ensure consistent quality, control costs and drive a culture of learning and growth for the team.

You will train staff, maintain high standards, monitor stock, place orders, and liaise with front-of-house on menus and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training staff.

• Experience with stocktakes and supplier liaison.
