Job summary

SRG Global seeks casual Refractory Labourers to join our Refractory Installation team during maintenance shutdowns at the NZ Steel site in Glenbrook, South Auckland. The role supports refractory installation services across major industries nationwide.

Applicants should show experience in heavy industry, strong focus on safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with flexible availability for overtime and weekends.

Job description

We are currently seeking casual Refractory Labourers to join our Refractory Installation team during maintenance shutdowns at NZ Steel site in Glenbrook, South Auckland. SRG Global provide Refractory Installation services to major industries throughout the country.

Ideally applicants should have:

• Some experience in heavy industry or construction
• Attention to detail and focus on high quality workmanship
• The ability to work within a team or autonomously
• A willingness to meet a high standard of Health and Safety compliance
• A good level of fitness
• The ability to work in a physical demanding environment
• A current driver's license and own transport
• Flexible availability (overtime and weekend work)
