LABTEC is an IANZ-accredited laboratory with a strong focus on the delivery of on-time, quality results for our clients. LABTEC has earned a reputation for providing bespoke scientific support to clients from diverse industries. We offer dedicated analytical services via a well-equipped laboratory facility, based in Auckland’s central suburb of Penrose. LABTEC provides a range of testing and laboratory services including independent analysis of agrichemicals, veterinary medicines, nicotine in vaping products and methamphetamine in environmental samples.

About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Auckland. Working in a modern, well-equipped laboratory, you’ll be responsible for preparing and analysing samples, following standard procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation and safe laboratory practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laboratory experience or a science graduate looking to build their technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing samples and solutions for analysis in line with laboratory procedures
• Performing chemical and instrumental analysis with attention to accuracy and timeframes
