Job summary

Kumaravine - Celebrating Māori & Pasifika success is seeking a Curriculum Advisor in New Zealand to support schools, kura and early learning services in implementing curriculum and aromatawai changes for Years 0–10. You will lead advisory work with leadership teams and kaiako, grounding practices in the science of learning and national curricula.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading whole-school curriculum change.
• Experience enacting and embedding change in education settings.
• Expertise in one or more national curricula.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leadership teams, teachers and kaiako on curriculum, assessment and aromatawai changes.
• Lead and support schools, kura and early learning services to implement knowledge-rich curriculum with proven practices.
• Deliver whole-school curriculum change aligned to local needs and national priorities.
• Access and use quality support materials and resources.
• Support professional learning to develop pedagogical content knowledge.
