Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kiwisaver Advisor role based at EverBright Finance’s Auckland head office. The Kiwisaver Advisor will provide tailored guidance to clients on Kiwisaver products and retirement planning, including assessing individual needs, explaining investment options, and recommending suitable funds. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients in person or by phone, conducting financial needs analyses, preparing recommendations and documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant New Zealand regulations and EverBright’s disclosure and privacy requirements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with Kiwisaver providers and lenders, staying current with product changes and market developments, and contributing to a positive client experience through clear communication and follow-up. The advisor will also collaborate with other EverBright team members across lending and insurance to deliver integrated advice and support clients in achieving their broader financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong client advisory skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to explain Kiwisaver and retirement concepts in accessible language.
• Knowledge of New Zealand financial services, particularly Kiwisaver schemes, investment principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial advice.
• Experience conducting financial needs analyses, preparing recommendations, and documenting advice in line with compliance and disclosure standards.
• Proficiency with basic financial software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools to manage client information, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and product providers, demonstrating integrity and service focus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant financial advice qualification or accreditation (e.g., New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services or equivalent) or willingness to obtain one.
• Prior experience in financial advising, banking, wealth management, or related fields is highly beneficial; Kiwisaver
