Job summary

KiwiQuest in Gisborne is seeking workers to thin kiwifruit flowers in local orchards over about four weeks, with training provided and potential for follow-on work.

You will work outdoors, 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 7am–4:30pm when weather allows, and you’ll follow safety instructions.

NZD 26 per hour including 8% holiday pay, with affordable nearby accommodation available.

Qualifications

• Must have physical fitness and good health.
• Height must be at least 165 cm for overhead vines.
• Honest and reliable work ethic.
• Positive attitude toward learning.
• Valid New Zealand work rights or Working Holiday visa.
• Own transport is advantageous.
