A Bit About The Role

In this role not only will you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you will need a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to your success at Mitre10 MEGA Petone. You will combine your strong retail background and leadership skills to lead a small team of Kitchen Designers who help our customers build their dream kitchens. You will challenge, motivate, and drive the team in a fast paced and fun environment.

In This Role You Will Be Accountable For
  • Assisting in managing and maintaining the department
  • Work with the Retail Manager to continually improve stock availability and inventory controls
  • Assisting the Retail Manager to ensure team members provide the best customer service possible
  • Promoting a team culture that encourages a positive working environment

This is a full time position working Tuesday to Saturday.

A Bit About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Retail leadership experience;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • The ability to manage a varied and busy work load.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality and great communication skills
  • Excellence in sales with and the ability to assess customer’s needs and a passion for providing a high quality customer experience;
  • Kitchen Design experience is an advantage, but not essential. We will teach you what you need to know.
  • High levels of energy and self-motivation!
