You will work closely with the company team to drive store expansion, brand promotion, and daily operations, participating deeply in the entire brand-building process.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities Include
  • Participate in store operation and management training
  • Assist in identifying and securing new store locations
  • Support store operations, staff training, and standard execution
  • Involve in brand social media and marketing activities
  • Assist in new store opening preparation and day-to-day operations
  • Support recruitment and training of young partners
  • Candidates who complete training and assessments may be promoted to partner status. Headquarters will fund the capital and operational costs for new store openings.
  • Eligible candidates will be granted store equity (30% – 49%)
