Oceania Healthcare is seeking a casual Kitchen Assistant at Green Gables Village in Nelson to support meal preparation and daily kitchen duties while aiding the healthcare team in serving residents. You’ll contribute to a high standard of service and be part of a team committed to care and quality.

The role offers a casual, rostered shift pattern with opportunities to learn and grow, in a supportive environment focused on resident well-being and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Passion for preparing food that looks great and tastes amazing.
• Experience delivering a high level of customer service.
• Flexibility to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Team-first attitude with great communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to follow set cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work on a rostered shift basis.
• Right to work in New Zealand.
